Experience from organisations with exacting standards.

I have more than 15 years of experience developing digital services with high standards for quality and usability – together with startups, established organisations and ambitious product teams. My work has covered everything from research and strategy to design, development and quality assurance.

The challenge

You can see that AI may be useful. Where to begin is less obvious.

That is a perfectly good starting point. You do not need to choose a tool, write a technical specification or decide what to build before we talk.

01

“We have many ideas but do not know where to begin.”

I help you compare the options and choose one focused use case that can be tested in practice.

02

“Employees already use AI, but everyone works differently.”

I examine what employees are trying to do, where results vary and which methods should become shared routines.

03

“We see an opportunity for AI in our service but need help making it concrete.”

I show how AI can fit into the service and build a prototype the team can test with realistic user needs before the complete system is developed.

I help you get started with AI

From “could AI help us?” to a system you can actually use.

I can help you find a useful place to begin, define the use case and carry out the work from the first sketches to a system in use. The collaboration can include advice, design, prototyping, development or the complete process.

Find out where AI can genuinely help

We review the work, goals, information and recurring sources of delay. I identify where AI may reduce manual work or provide faster access to information, what to test first and where a conventional technical solution would be better.

Decide how the AI system should work

We describe who will use it, which information it needs, what it should produce and when an employee must check the result or take over.

Build something you can test

I design and build a prototype that employees or customers can try on tasks and situations they encounter in practice. This shows which parts of the task the system handles well, when an employee needs to check the result or take over, and what must change before further development.

Put the AI system to work

I can help all the way from the initial idea and priorities through design, development and continued development after the system is in use. I work with your specialists and developers and test the system against what it must help employees or customers accomplish.

The work covers

The complete process, not only the use of a new model.

  • The work and the people who carry it out
  • The information and sources the system needs
  • User journeys, interfaces and user actions
  • Checks, cases an employee must take over and error handling
  • Prototyping, testing and agreed measures of success
  • Advice, design, development and collaboration with technical specialists

AI in practice

Concrete examples make AI easier to assess.

These examples cover both internal work and AI features in customer-facing services.

Examples of how AI can support employees and customers in day-to-day work.

How I work

Choose the right use case.Test it in practice.Make it part of the work.

The collaboration starts with what you want to achieve. These four points show what we do together from the first conversation until the system is in use.

  1. 01

You explain what you want to achieve

We speak to the people who know the work and look at what takes time, causes errors or makes the service difficult to use.

    Begin with the work
  2. 02

We choose what to test first

I assess the information, risks and alternatives. Together we choose one focused use case and describe how it should work before selecting technology.

    Focused trial
  3. 03

We try it on day-to-day tasks

We use the prototype or a simple system on work employees already do. This shows whether the results are useful, what an employee needs to check and what must change.

    Visible results
  4. 04

We build the system and introduce it

When the test shows that the system is useful, we develop it with your specialists. We connect it to the right information, incorporate it into the work and improve it based on actual use.

The people who have seen me work say it best.

When I help an organisation use AI, I need to understand the work, the people who will use the system and the other systems it has to work with. The recommendations below show how I get to grips with the work, collaborate with the team and take responsibility for design and development.

Meet Prototypen!

One experienced specialist from the initial idea to a working solution.

I am an AI adviser, designer and developer with more than 15 years of experience in digital product development.

I have worked with strategy, research, UX, design systems, complex prototypes and frontend development for organisations ranging from startups to large international companies. I use AI throughout this work for analysis, exploration, design, code, testing, documentation and quality assurance.

This means I can combine advice, design and development in one collaboration. I can define what the system needs to do, design and build it, test it in practice and work with your team until it is in use. When the work requires specialist backend, data, security, privacy or legal expertise, I collaborate with your people or bring in the right specialist.

Frequently asked questions

You do not need AI expertise to ask for help with AI.

The important part is being able to describe what you want to achieve or which work is unnecessarily cumbersome today.

Do we need to know what we want to build before getting in touch?

No. It is enough to describe a problem, a service or a piece of work. I can help determine whether AI is relevant and what should be tested first.

Can you help us find useful applications for AI?

Yes. We examine what employees do, which information they use, how long the work takes and where results often need correction or checking. We then choose one focused use case that can be tested on work employees already know.

Can you add AI to a service we already have?

Yes. I can identify where an AI feature belongs in the user journey, design how it works with the rest of the service and build a prototype for testing with users and the team.

Do you also build the system?

Yes. I can take the work from advice and interaction design to a coded prototype and production-ready frontend. For backend, data platforms and integrations, I work with your developers or another specialist.

Can you help a team that already uses ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude?

Yes. We look at how the tools are used, where quality varies, which information is involved and which shared routines the team needs.

Which models and tools do you recommend?

That depends on the work, the information, requirements for quality and privacy, integrations and cost. I recommend tools after these points have been clarified.

What about privacy, security and information that cannot be shared freely?

I help map which information the system will use, who should have access and what an employee needs to check. Formal assessments are carried out by the responsible specialists in your organisation or an appropriate external specialist.

How much does it cost?

The hourly rate is NOK 1,750 excl. VAT. Before we begin, you receive an estimate for the work.
